I went in, couldn't find the item i was looking for, spent about 5 minutes in aisle 1. Checked online, and it was in stock. I went to the counter, and there were 3 employees, the lady said hold on a minute, I said ok. After she had an exchange with the other two, and was clearly looking up something online that was not business at hand, I waited another minute, and said excuse me someone, but I need help finding this item, and showed them it. One gentleman says "yeah thats over in aisle 1" then continues chatting with the other two. At that point I said "ru being non helpful on purpose?" And getting nonimmediate response left my other two items on the counter and left. Off to Autozone.

I parked in front to go drop a paper then come back and buy oil for my car but the person on duty made it his business to ask me to move my car. So I did and definitely will also get my oil somewhere else. Rude…never knew you had to tell the world your agenda.

I went in needing a new windshield washer blade. Jeremiah had it on in no time and Nancy helped me find what I was looking for and gave me a great suggestion on my windshield washer fluid. They were both great. Thankyou.

I went there today. To pick up some fixer a flat. The cashier was on the phone talking to somebody about an order. Waited about three minutes, he hung up the phone then he started typing on the computer for about another two minutes, I asked him how long is this gonna take? He said well he called first. I can’t understand why he didn’t take me since I was the only one in the store, then put the guys order in when I left. I walked out. Very, very sad.

I was having some battery issues and I know absolutely nothing about cars. I stopped in to see if they could test my battery and alternator. The manager Ta'lor was training a new employee and there were other customers in the store they were helping. Even with all the busyness that was going on. She still had such amazing customer service. Tested my battery, put a new one in for me and even taught me a couple of things. She was soooo amazing and I was just so impressed that she never got to overwhelmed to help me all while doing it all with a positive attitude. Employee's like her are definitely hard to find now a days. Thank you so much for all your help!!!
