I haven't even gone into the store yet and the woman named Rose that answered my phone call was absolutely phenomenal. She was so knowledgeable so helpful I knew what she was talking about and knew how to describe and answer all of my questions being that I'm not mechanically inclined. She went through all of the options and specs and reasons why up sailing is in my best interest. She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion 10 out of 10 would definitely come to O'Reilly's instead of other auto stores just because of the customer service. Thanks Rose hope you get to see this and Hope you get rewarded for all of your hard work and dedication.

O'Reilly's is my #1 go to store for auto parts. Never have much trouble find what I need and their associates are always knowledgeable.

Duane put the "customer" back in customer service. We were in and out with new headlight bulb installed in no time...and probably cost less than half what the dealer would charge..no labor cost! I will go back and highly recommend that you check him out before you go anywhere else!
