Brian was amazing. I came in having a rough day because my car battery had died, but he quickly made the situation a lot less stressful. He was friendly, funny, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. He installed my new battery with extreme professionalism and made sure everything was done correctly. He truly went above and beyond with his customer service. Employees like Brian are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you for turning a bad day into a much better one

Love it love it love it love it! Excellent management by Mr Musa which, of course, good management with mutual respect & team work trickles down to Good employees. I've purchased and acquired advice from them for 3 years. Not many companies/stores you go into whereas there's not a turnover or people that are hating their jobs. It's truly one of my best experiences in my travels up and down the East Coast of stability. They're always the same. Dependable showing high level of professionalism because it's not just a job with them they're truly interested in providing the best for their customers. Thank you Staff!

Thanks a lot Qaiyim, and specially Jarret. We came in on a Friday afternoon with a tricky battery issue on our Jeep Compass. They diagnosed the batteres and the computer tested a bad starter. Here comes Jarret! He went above and beyond to help us figure it the real problem. He explained how the accessory battery works in our car and saved us a trip to the mechanic. He helped us getting the 2 batteries replaced phisically and gave us a great explanation on which batteries to choose. We really appreciate his awesome customer service and very positive attitude. You don't find too many people this days with such a great attitude and willingness to help others. Thanks to him, we're back on the road and ready to enjoy our weekend!

I came in to have a battery tested. Jarret provided excellent customer service. He tested my battery, offered several options for replacement, and shared a lot of knowledge on battery care and usage. He even offered great recommendations for food nearby! 10/10 Customer service and customer care. I will definitely be returning to this store.
