My 1993 Ford F150 has been giving me trouble and today I had a check engine light pop up so I came here and Micheal the manager was super helpful. Even though everything on my truck was in a weird spot and needed a special adaptor to read the code that they didn’t have, Micheal took the time to figure out what was wrong with it. He came up with a creative way to fix what was wrong with it too. He was super helpful and nice and definitely recommend this store.

I will not spend anymore money at any O’Reilly. This is the 2nd time they do this with two different cars. They are lazy and don’t wanna work. Few months back I needed a new battery for my 2020 Lexus they told me they can’t charge the battery bc of a computer reset. Then I took it to autozone and this was not an issue, battery was charged in 5 minutes. Yesterday, I took my 2012 Camry to them to get a new battery and yet again they have me same reason as to why they cannot change my battery. Yet again, autozone comes to the rescue and changes the battery without any questions. This comes to the staff being lazy and not wanting to do their job. Don’t waste your time and money here!

The staff literally saw when i was walking towards the door and they locked the door 10 min before closing time . For us that work all day and cant make it in at 8 am or 5:30 pm , can agree with me it horrible customer service. I always go the extra mile to help patients and outside work . So that when its my turn someone can gooo the extra mile and don' t lock the doors before its closing time !!! Horrible human being manners !!!!😡😡

During my commute home, rain severely impaired my visibility, and I became aware of my need for a windshield wiper. Prior to visiting the store, I called to inquire about installation assistance and was pleased to receive support from Thomas and Trivon, who installed the wiper despite the rain. I acquired the windshield wiper at a reasonable price and appreciate their help. Individuals like them are a valuable asset to our community

An employee named Christian refused me service or any help at all today im not sure why but I felt like he was racist be careful who you allow to work at your establishments this could really hurt the O’Reillys brand as a whole I have tried calling corporate but couldn’t get through I warn all people of color to avoid this location.
