Do I pass 3 other parts stores, including another O’Reilly, on the way to this one? Yes. Do I care? No. The customer service, especially from Maks and Elena, is always worth driving a little farther. When one of our vehicles needed a fix that none of our volunteers was able to take on, they were even able to recommend one of the mechanics they do business with, who was able to give us a very reasonable price. Those small touches are really important for a nonprofit with a tiny budget!

Very organized location! They were pretty busy but the entire staff seemed to be getting everybody out quickly. Marks offered quality customer service you don’t find anywhere nowadays and though my part wasn’t In store he was able to source it!

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. It can be intimidating shopping for car parts as a woman, but they were very professional and honest—it was refreshing to feel respected!

I've gone here 3 times and they always give me a problem or attitude..... I needed a battery replaced they told me it didn't have warranty I'd have to purchase a new one. I went to a different O'Reilly and they gave me my new battery saved me $300 this location is so bad the employees are horrible.

Commercial department is always very dependable Nicole,mike and Maks are always respectful. Communication is always fantastic
