Outstanding service by their assistant manager Kanika! I made a quick stop to get my check engine light diagnosed. Not only did she tested my car she also provided the tools, tested my battery and alternator. Thanks again.

The store was just like any other o'reilly's that you would expect to go in, but at location there happen to be a young man named Brian working when I went in. Brian went above and beyond for me, and was more help than I could have asked for. I was having trouble explaining to my friend in spanish the entire problem with the car, and he was able to explain the problem in spanish to the full extent as well as perfect communication with me. He was knowledgeable about his job, it was a great experience and im sure the other employees are nothing short, I only dealt with this one individual my only time stopping here.

After having a bad experience at another store, I call the Wilkinson Blvd location and spoke to Kanika and her colleague and they were so helpful a d polite I wanted to send this Google Review as a friendly THANK YOU! I appreciate Kanika taking her time to assist me and being so patient and understanding. I can tell this store has an awesome team.

I went in on Saturday, January 24, 2026 to get a battery for my wife's Jeep. The gentleman who assisted me, Michael, had outstanding customer service skills-very polite, respectful, and thorough. He installed the battery for me, and noticed that I was a veteran and thus gave me a 10% discount for my service. I have a small business, and I would be thrilled to hire someone of Michael's caliber as an employee.

Fast and great service! Went in to have car battery tested, the associate was very nice and had me out with a new battery installed in less than 30 minutes!!
