My first interaction with this store was with Daryl. Daryl was over the top and great customer service help me with everything I needed with from the phone to the store. Met the manager Don and had some electrical questions and Don is a master electrical expert and help me in so many ways this is an awesome store and Daryl and Don are two of the best employees that I’ve met in the O’reilly’s chain network. I really enjoyed working with him and the help they gave me the speed of service. The quality of service. Everything is 100% over the top. I highly recommend coming into this store and I highly recommend the manager, Don and his employee Daryl..

I had the best experience today with Robert. After calling Autozone, Advance & Napa with no luck might i add, i finally got a hold of Robert. He was very warm & helpful. He assured that he had the parts before going any further & ordered them promptly for me. It was a blessing to have got him on the phone! He gained a loyal customer today. Thank you again Rob for you swift & efficient help.

Thursday, December 18th, 2025, I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts at 7015 South Boulevard to get a new battery for my Promaster City. I was greeted by Don, the store manager. He came out to the vehicle and carried the old one inside for me. They're really heavy. He looked up the part number and asked Robert to get the battery for me. I had talked with Robert on the phone the day before. After paying for the battery, Robert carried it out to my vehicle and set it inside. After a couple of attempts to install it I drove it back to the store for size comparison (something I should've done initially). I could not get it to seat flat on the tray. It's a REALLY TIGHT FIT. But after comparing the new one with my old one (it was still sitting on the counter), the new one was identical in every way. I had trouble with the hold down strap reaching the bolt. But here's where the praise comes in. Don, the manager helped me on my return and he was so patient and kind with me. He unloaded the battery and afterwards took it back to the vehicle. He even checked all the dimensions. Robert was the same way when checking me out with my purchase. It may seem like a small thing to be treated in such a kind, friendly and valued manner but that really helped my determination to go back home and get that battery in it's home where it belonged. After some intense study of the area and how I needed to give the beast a shift to the left, kerplunk! It dropped into its space and the strap fit! I even got the fabric wrap back on. Reconnecting everything was a snap. So, I wish to thank Don and Robert for their professionalism, kindness, patience and encouragement in assuring me that I had the right part for my vehicle. O'Reilly's has two exceptional employees at this store (there are probably others). If it was the same in every way as what I had removed, it was going to fit because the old one did and it worked fine. The old battery was a Super Start Extreme Standard "Flooded" type. It had a warranty of 3 years. It lasted 6.5 years. The new one is a Platinum Super Start AGM with a 4 year warranty. I hope it lasts longer. It's not a fun job. I just need to thank Don and Robert for their support. But, I had another helper too. And she deserves even more praise. My wife helped me with the hard work of lifting the battery several times as we wrestled with the installation and driving back it to the store. We're both in our 70's so that heavy thing took two of us to do the job. Looks like someone's getting dinner out! O'Reilly's South Boulevard, you get five stars! My assistant? At least a hundred! And yes, the vehicle starts and runs fine now.
