I was assisted with my battery replacement. Wonderful service especially with me only able to come after dark. I do not remember his name but it was an elder black man with a blue car.

Sign said the ramps were $59.99. Guy at counter said they couldn't sell them to me for the sign on price. He said they were $80. He tried to give me a $10 discount. I told him I wanted the price on the sign. He said they didn't have those ramps in stock. I asked why the ramps were by the $59.99 sign if these were not the ones for $59.99. He couldn't answer the question, continued to try and give me a $10.00 discount. I left the store.

Fantastic customer service. I pass by other auto parts stores, just because of this very reason. If they don't have it in stock; everything that I've ordered was delivered to the store in less than 24 hours. There are all kinds of discounts, if you are eligible. This is the last auto parts store that I'm aware of, that will still run a "free" diagnostic test on your vehicle. If they are willing too do that for me, then I know that this is the business that I will spend my money with. All of the staff that I've dealt with have seemed extremely knowledgeable and are more than willing to answer any questions whatsoever. The employees at this store are always fantastic. I needed help.getting a headlight changed and Jayson Smith, manager, came to my rescue! I have been to this store many times and they do what they can to help their customers. Thank you!!

Awesome!!! Sam was superb, he educated me on my tail light and ordered one for me, it was ready in 30 mins and even offered to help me with that, he also enlightened me about a new brand of tire shine to purchase which last three times as long as the one I was about to purchase, came for a tail light left with knowledge and a fixed part which enabled me to rush right back to pass my inspection in the same day!! Thanks Sam, O'Reilly please be sure to applaud his efforts cause his patience and information turned an annoying situation into a victory!!!
