Thank you to Winston-Manager at local #1803 and his team, I highly appreciate your willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Today we went to pick up the missing brake rotors for our Volvo XC60 T5 (the last two pieces available). Due to involuntary miscoordination between stores when we arrived after driving across the city, the pieces had been moved to their hub. Nevertheless, Winston decided to personally drive his car to the hub and back to recover the pieces. Thank you,
