They close the store whenever feel like it. The hours on the door means nothing. And where they are open there is one older man that is willing to help. The rest are just annoyed that you are there wanting to make a purchase. Its truly sad that my neighborhood location has been in such a decline the last few years. I went from every purchase was from from o'reilly's to only going there if I truly have to.

Phenomenal service the whole way through. Called in and they looked for my parts for my Jaguar and surprisingly they had them. One of the parts were just windshield wipers. I was in a full suit and the gentleman who assisted me, Jerry, also went above and beyond in helping install them on my vehicle. They have my service going forward

My daughter is in Omaha, I am in Florida. Once again O'Reillys has looked after her, as I would. They are always assistive and give comfort to far away dads. O'Reillys is Ohana!!

I stopped in looking for a coolant product for my car in November. When I asked for help, the employee made a snarky comment about how the product was kept in the back because “most people aren’t worried about their air conditioner in November.” They did bring the product up, but when I asked if they had the can with the gauges on it, the employee got an attitude and said, “Normally if you wanted the can with the gauges, you would’ve told me that before I went back.” At that point, I told the employee never mind—I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t need or expect to be treated that way as a customer.

Just wanna say Alisha is the absolute best!!! Helped me with my a/c and answered all the questions I had. She really knows her stuff and dosent mind helping if she can!!! Asked if she could recharge my car for me and she said she would as long as no one came in cause she was alone and as we went to go out people showed up so she couldn’t. Which was okay she explained exactly how to do it and how to hook it up and I was able to do it myself! So thank you Alisha! Hopefully management sees how wonderful you are and gets you some help soon!
