The guy at counter was really helpful and showed what he thought I should use c and then without me even asking he looked up catalac convertors show me options. He did not try to fource me into a sale and I would say I'll probably go back there based on just how helpful they were VERY SATISFIED!!

Went in for an AC refill. Went like normal. Bought the product. After I realized it didnt fit. Went to return it. They let me look through all the cans to see what one fits. While I was looking I overheard them talking about helping me and one guy replied with "If you can get it done how am I supposed to get it to fit?" Made me feel like more of a bother than an actual shopper. So I asked for a return and walked out. I felt like nothing was done to try and help me with my issue.

I was helped here on Monday night by a gentleman named Allen "AlCapone". He was kind enough to assist my family as we purchased a battery for my mother's car. After the easy purchase, he installed it and we were on our way within 15 minutes. While we waited, he even provided fun activities for my 10 year old to do to keep everyone entertained. Great service!

Had a great expierence last month when a family member of mine had their car battery die. We brought them the battery, expecting to just buy a replacement and be on our way. The tech recommended they test the battery in addition to us getting a new battery, then returning to the store so they can test if our alternator was bad. We followed his recommendation, returned to the store with the new battery in the car. They ran their tests and it said the battery was also bad. Confused, he grabbed one other battery and installed in in the car for us and ran the tests again. This time everything passed. He ran the first new battery through tests inside the store, and found it was indeed bad. Without the recommendations from the tech, we would have been back to the store soon once the first battery would stop working. He very well could have just sold us a battery, but wanted to make sure we didn't have other car issues that would cause future issues.

I won't go to any other parts store. Always the very friendliest and best staff. Carefully located any items I need, knowledge on price differentials, quality, name-brand. They even offer a military discount! I tell everyone to go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts!
