Excellent service. Very kind dude at the counter who helped me pick out a good headlight cleaner kit and also recommended the 72nd store for paint correction material. Very satisfied with the results from the headlight cleanse kit! And only 13 bucks! It was cheaper than the car wash I got earlier that day haha. Thank you random dude at the counter, your kindness will be paid forward 🫡

Jackson is absolutely amazing 🙌🔥. He was incredibly polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about everything he was doing. When my truck broke down across the street and I was stuck, he didn’t hesitate for a second to step in and help me out 🚗💥. He actually went out of his way to assist me with a jump start and made sure everything was completely taken care of. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out, especially since he didn’t have to do any of that. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and genuine customer care these days 😊. The service I received was easily A+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Jackson definitely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise — for the effort and positive attitude he brings. Huge thanks to him! 👏👏

I had a very disappointing experience with Store Manager Randall at this location. Upon walking in, I was rudely greeted with, “I hope that isn’t a cash return because I do not have any cash.” Not only was this unprofessional, but it immediately set the wrong tone. When I explained that I was there for a warranty brake pad replacement, he demanded a receipt. I kindly informed him that at the 90th Street location, the staff always retrieve the necessary information from their system without requiring a receipt, and they handle the process smoothly. Randall then told me I should have said I was “in the system” so he could have accessed it. Something he, as the manager, should already know to check. First, it is not the customer’s job to educate management on how their systems work. Second, customers deserve to be greeted respectfully and professionally. And third, it is management’s responsibility to know and follow company protocols ensuring that they and their staff can provide proper service and retain customers. I live just a stone’s throw away from this store, but after this experience, I will never return. This is not the first time that I received poor customer service, but it will definitely be the last.
