Very polite and knowledgeable staff! They were willing to be helpful with all the questions I asked and they were very intelligent! Thankful for great customer service and good training to management. Keep up doing what you are doing, it is definitely working!!! I definitely recommend going to this location for all your car parts and needs. I hope your business continues to boom with a huge base of repeat and returning customers.

🤩 Wow!!!! This guys are amazing I came in and the min I was here I felt Welcomed Gerardo and Greg were super helpful and the Hospitality was outstanding thank you 🙏 guys and the owner of this store for having great people here.

Worst O'rielly's I've ever been to. There were 4 employees, 2 of which weren't doing anything and the other two couldn't even handle running registers. One couldn't spell a simple word for the guy next to me in his email and the one helping me took 10 min to find a 5qt jug of oil and a filter that I already paid for online? Ridiculous. Worst service and slowest too, the line was all the way to the back wall.
