I'd give zero if I could. 2 employees on staff, 5 customers waiting, & only one employee is actually working. I had a bad battery with me to swap. Waited several minutes only to be told I need to wait longer for a test. The other employee could have easily started the test. Not to mention 168th never did that before. Location is a joke! Plus, the don't even have cash on hand.

Last week, while leaving Omaha, my car began having issues and I pulled in feeling stressed and unsure of how I was going to make it home. What I found instead were guardians. Dan was the first to help me — he did everything he possibly could, checking my car thoroughly and making sure nothing was overlooked. When he realized the situation needed deeper eyes, he immediately asked Mike, the manager, to come take a look because Mike is a *retired mechanic*. That alone told me I was in good hands. Mike didn’t just take a glance — he came outside and stayed with my car for about 20 minutes, personally working on it and monitoring it to make sure it was running properly. They topped off fluids, identified a radiator issue, and made sure my car was safe enough to get me home. What moves me most is that they refused any payment — no tip, no lunch, nothing. Mike simply said, “Just leave us a review.” Because of them, I made it home safely to my children **in time for Christmas**, and the only thing I paid was $32.40. In a moment when I felt vulnerable and far from home, Dan and Mike stepped up with knowledge, compassion, and integrity. They didn’t just fix a car — they protected a mother trying to get home to her kids. I will never forget their kindness. If you ever wonder whether good people still exist and whether customer service still has a heart — it lives here. Thank you, Dan and Mike. You were exactly what I needed when I needed it most.

Walked in and asked to check if my battery was under warranty, Mike the staff did not take my information to see when it was bought. Just told me no, based on the battery sticker I would need to buy a new one. I knew this wasn’t right and walked out, called another location who did things the right way. Took my information and looked me up in the system, and low and behold I still have 2 months left under warranty. When I called this location to see if they would check my warranty over the phone like they should’ve done when I walked in, hopeful to get someone else, I got Mike again. Who did not sound pleasant, I stated I wanted to check if my battery was under warranty, he asked for my phone number. Then asked when I think I bought the battery, told him the dates, there was a long silence and he said very annoyed that it was under warranty, I said thank you and he said okay goodbye. I understand being ready to go home, but to make some pay $219 for something under warranty because you don’t want to look them up is terrible. Would avoid this location.

The best customer service I’ve ever received from an auto part store. Those employees are amazing!

The staff there is beyond excellent and tries their very best to get you the prices you deserve. 10/10. I'm a happy customer ☺️
