I hate having to put this on Google review, but the reality must be Exposed. Absolutely terrible customer service I walked in the door around 6:15 PM. There’s no welcome greeting. There is absolutely no type of customer service at all. I asked for the general store manager, but I was told that he was in a meeting in Texas So I proceed to look at the counter mats for the rental tools to see if I found the tool that I was looking for . In the mist of the moment I see the employee by the name of Jorge load four struck mounts Assembly on a rolling poly cart. I overheard him tell the customer I loaded up the cart for you so you can take it outside and bring me the cart back!!! When The customer tried to move the cart the struck mount fell yet, Mr. Jorge observed that and did absolutely nothing to help or go an extra mile for that customer. As an ex employee for the company, I am 100% sure this is not an O’Reilly way, but employees like Mr.jorge will cause a lawsuit against the company for someone getting hurt. I proceeded to tell Mr.jorge to help the customer out. It doesn’t make any sense for that guy to carry four big boxes of struck mounts nearly falling about to hurt himself. But the response from him to me was, who are you?! And say to me what do you need? I said I don’t need absolutely anything from you. You’re super rude and I don’t wanna deal with you and I will Call to file a complaint then he proceeded to tell me that if I want, he can call the district manager and got to the point where he said he will call Willy for me. I guess they’re all buddies.. I know this is not the way that business should be done . By the way, those poly carts are $247 each and the customer left it right outside bound to roll away. I had to bring it to the parking and I left it exactly where the customer put it at but since Jorge did not pay for it, he did not care..

I had a great time there. The staffs were very nice and gave A plus service, even going out there way to help me out. Totally recommend for whoever needs it. Thank you guys.

If I could get zero stars, I would The employees here don’t even know how to change a battery One of the employees took my battery off the hook and didn’t know how to install it back lol this is the reason why I will always choose AutoZone. It’s just a better company.

Brought Coolant from here and experience was wonderful and customer service was amazing.. I never shop in here before.. I was used go to Auto zone but now this gonna be my store

Ride-share family, we have a home here. The temp tag on my car was falling off and the rear wiper blade was missing. I went to another company and they didn’t have the attachment for my wiper . They referred me to O’Reillys and I was blown away by the friendly and professional treatment. I got a great deal on my purchases and RONALD TOOK CARE OF THE REPLACEMENT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. He was kind and professional and respectful. No where else for me. 🙏✅
