I spend 10k a month at various O'Reilly's stores around the country. Having said that this is a hub store and I realize that they have many more customers than most of the other stores but that is no reason to not have a good attitude. The gentleman that threw our order together wasn't in a bad mood but it wasn't in a good mood either more of a fudge that place, fudge this job kinda attitude. I'm very nice to anyone providing services to me and I always hope it's reciprocated often it's not but that's why three stars. Store was clean lots of people working the counters, still had to stand in line for 10 minutes+. On the plus side on the back side of the building where the company vehicles are parked is nice and quiet for doing on the road repairs to your RV.

I have a son with very severe autism. I don't like taking him to stores. This world wasn't built for him and he wasn't built for this world. We came to this O'Reilly location after we caused a scene with some very rude and not very understanding people at autozone. The staff at O'Reilly was very kind and made us feel welcome and that's not a common experience when I have my son with me. We were actually able to get everything we needed because of their kindness and understanding. 10/10

I came in about a year ago and i waited over an hour. Left a review about that. One year later. I come in here and the staff here just have really awful attitudes. My main hub is Colorado Springs. Got a really generic response last year from management. Sounds like this issue is probably coming from management at this point. Ordered a radiator to be delivered here because our customer is up here. When I placed the order the person I was talking to was like ok it’s ordered bye and hung up didn’t even bother getting my info or anything. I think from now on any jobs we get in the Denver area we’re just going to pick up the parts at our main hub in Colorado Springs. At least there they don’t act like they have a chip on their shoulders hell even when I came in the store the staff had bad attitudes

I just stopped by this store and asked for someone to double check that I had the right oil filter on my truck. I was treated so disrespectful. I think this guy was pissed cause he thought I wanted him to crawl under my truck. My filter is under the hood. But he did not bother to ask. I’ve dealt with some awful people in my life but this guy was beyond rude and made no effort to try to help me.

Jaeden Jaeden Jaeden☺️ I have a complaint. This guy is doing too good of a job and needs to be fired immediately.. because of Jaeden I will be returning and buying from oreillys auto parts and amazing customer service.😜
