Simply unhelpful. Called about the warranty on our car battery and we’re given positive information over the phone. When we arrived at the store 15/20 minutes later we were given very different info and Adam refused to find out who we had spoken to on the phone or problem solve in any way to figure out the discrepancy in information we were given. This would have been minimum they could have done to have been helpful and fulfill the company’s own warranty.

Had gotten wrong dome lights for my aunt's car and like a bone head had tossed the receipt. Went in, explained to the manager what happened and they helped me get correct bills and exchanged the incorrect ones for the correct ones . Very hassle-free. I appreciate it very much.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Adam and Ronald at the Denver Colfax and Grape O'Reilly store--great service and saved me getting the car towed to the dealer. Great customer service--really made my day yesterday and today! Thanks guys--I really appreciate your help with battery, noticing the brake fluid was low and help with the master cylinder cap that i forgot to put back on :-)

Emily was SO helpful. I could not find any accurate videos for my car to change the brake light and she took care of it right away. Heading out on a big road trip and am extremely grateful she knew exactly what to do!! Thank you!!!!

Just really nice guys. They are helpful and the vibe is unlike other auto parts stores. Everyone is chill. And don’t be scared by address on Colfax, you can avoid construction as there is a big parking lot in back at Glencoe!
