This location has the BEST staff! GM Nicole and AM Denham made my experience memorable...not something I thought I'd ever say about an automotive place lol But, they both really went above and beyond to keep my new Jeep road-ready, with absolutely phenomenal attitudes and helpfulness. I truly cannot say enough nice things about them and I encourage everyone to go to this location for all your automotive needs. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I've been here several times but this morning I went in and I found the 2 guys at the counter to be completely unfriendly and they wouldn't communicate with me about what was going on with my battery? Just give me a price, an update. anything... they just spoke a little Spanish to each other and didn't even look my way! So much for customer service??? My battery ended having a 3 year warranty which I found out when I asked what the new battery was for on the counter because he didn't even tell me! Hello? Common sense??? Anyway, you guys need some training!!!

There is a Jamaican guy in there that told a customer who was speaking spanish to “speak english this is America.” That is a very racist comment and he needs to be terminated. Hes not even from America. Something has to be done if she filed a lawsuit I am her witness. And he has poor customer service

Denham at O’Reilly’s was amazing! He helped me not once, but twice with my headlights and made the whole process so much easier. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly. I really appreciate his excellent customer service—thank you, Denham!
