I went to the location at 2401 West Belleview in Littleton, Colorado today to purchase air filters for my engine and cabin. I drive a 2017 Volkswagen GTI, and I needed to change these filters, not ever doing this by myself. Joshua was at the counter and helped me look up these two filters, to make sure I was buying the correct ones for my vehicle. After I paid for the items, he asked me if I had ever installed them before, and of course I said no. I rather jokingly asked him if he wanted to install them for me. I was so surprised when he said he’d gladly do that for me. And he did! What a GREAT salesperson, what a wonderful human being. You just don’t find this kind of kindness in people anymore, and I think it’s important that your company know just how gracious and thoughtful Joshua was. He made my day! Thank you Joshua for being so kind and helping me without question. I wish there were more people like you in this world.

Joshua was AMAZING! Came in looking for a certain part that auto zone didn't have && he was so friendly and made our stressed out day better! We Will definitely be back because of him! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌 👍🏼

Went in today needing a replacement bulb for my headlight. I didn't get the guys name unfortunately, but he went above and beyond helping me locate and replace it, including the manager as well who was super accommodating. Phenomenal service.

We had a great experience here. We had to replace a headlight, and Dom provided amazing service. He quickly figured out what bulb we needed and replaced it in two minutes!

Dev was amazing, he is helpful, kind, and professional. He is willing to help with a smile on his face, he is what good customer is about. There needs to be more people like Dev, I will always take the extra trip to go to this location because of him.
