The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's nice and neatly organized plus they do have a decent selection of tools for sale. The parking lot is a good size but they do share it with the Laundromat.

Poor customer service rep did not and will not run a simple diagnosis on my car even when buying items very rude different excuses every time

Giving 5 Star because of Manny. He went above and beyond to help me with my BMW. His customer service is outstanding. I am overwhelmed with the patience he has shown me. You don't get people like that everyday. Definitely a diamond in a rough. Hopefully this review gets him a bonus, a raise or something, some kind of special recognition because he's definitely worth being acknowledged and appreciated. I had a great experience....Nina was very professional and knowledgeable... She assisted me with my battery and used a battery tester to check if I had any other issues she found out that the tester said I need a new starter.... my starter was having problems starting... I am very grateful for the help I will be returning
