My car was overheating on the 110 fwy so I stopped at the closest auto parts shop. It’s not like I have a mechanic’s # in my contacts. So, I come in to the store and Luis (the clerk) was very helpful. He helped me out with the item I needed for my car and he also helped me put the coolant in the car. He gave excellent customer service. This guy went over and beyond to insure my safety. Thank you Luis!!!!

Came here after my car broke down and it kept breaking down. You know how it goes. It’s one thing then another and another. Every time I came in the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. First I was helped by Alan and Cruz who gave great service on Christmas Eve. Then Danny who helped me to find out my alternator was busted. And then Tammy who helped me to quickly change my battery out. At a terrible time this store was a big help. Won’t go anywhere else to buy my car aupplies

My car needs a new battery. Kevin helped me to test and replace it. A wonderful experience. Definitely recommend to anyone.

customer service is trash. I asked a Hispanic guy what transmission on will work on my car. He told me just go to the back and take a look like he couldn’t help me find it looked like he didn’t wanna help me give me attention, Thanks for the other guy for saying welcome to everyone better then others
