I needed a headlight changed and Misty was amazing! She not only verified the part, but she got under the hood of my car and replaced my headlight fast and quickly. She is GREAT and I highly recommend this location

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw how clean everything was. I was greeted the moment I stepped through the door. Everyone was busy but still willing to help. Although I didn’t get everything I wanted, I received great advice, and my questions were listened to and answered. It was a refreshing contrast to the experience I had at another store just four minutes down the street. The customer service at this O’Reilly’s is hands-down the best in the area. If you’re in this neighborhood, don’t go anywhere else—I promise you’ll enjoy your visit and feel respected and heard.

Feels like the hood of auto parts. The store itself is good. But the parking lot isn't very inviting.
