I’ve been here couple of times because it’s literally next to my house but every single time me or my husband order parts for my car we always get the wrong ones. This has happened on several occasions and we always have to pay extra because the parts that we need cost more. Employees never apologize. We have not made it a big deal because why make a big deal to something that is fixable. Until today!!! I had to go in more than once to exchange parts that were not the correct ones. Not only is this frustrating but also unprofessional from their part to make so many mistakes. Why have a system to search my car and model up to know what parts I need but still somehow how manage to give me the incorrect parts.

I'd call for some part's that I need for my car But I was attended for Veronica , she was rude put me on hold for 15mnts , than she just hang up my call ...Really Rude , unprofessional , don't have manage to how cuminiquet with costumer's...I hope she learn how to treat people...At the end of day she need's us to make her money 💰 🤑.....

Despite what their computer read, my sales associate could not find the ceramic breaks I wanted. Someone wasn't paying attention to stock. I hope they made the corrections. Still it was a wasted trip and time.
