Stopped in for somewhat of an uncommon item per say, needed a stronger ac/dc converter for traveling to charge my electronics in the car... They actually had one that was very reasonably priced and worked pretty good... The Staff is always very helpful as well...

This auto parts lies about “life warranty, they stop the warranty when they want even if the back of the receipt says that “customer satisfaction is #1 for them is another lie, many times in different stores they get the phone in the middle of my turn and I have to wait for them to service the phone person first And their parts are not even good, that’s the reason I have to go back and use the warranty ‘till they said no more so that’s it for me! There are more auto parts than I can named, thank you for nothing!!!

This store was very clean and had everything I needed. Jose was very helpful. He test my battery and changed it all with a smile and laughter. Thank you

Jose helped me when my car battery died. he helped me to get a new battery and he also installed it for me for free. he's such a nice guy, he's always so helpful I appreciate the service at this O'Reilly's I will always come back to this one!

They close earlier than what their business Hours list in store front . If ur last minute option is orielys, 15 minutes before their closing time won’t get u in . Guess they supposed to be cleaning the last 20 min before 10. Apparently the taking out the trash is a lot more important than selling a customer an auto part that was already confirmed in stock at this location . This was unfortunate considering how the employee couldn’t give 5 minutes to process this transaction even while on the clock , HAVING the part in stock and already knowing what I’m coming in for..
