We came in to test the alternator, which we though was bad. The equipment to do the testing was not working. Jim the manager was super helpful even though we couldn't get done what we needed at that store, he even called another store in long beach to hold the part we needed. Kudos to Jim for being awesome and helping the customer. I wish there were more people like you in the customer service industry.
