Little boy working the register said she couldn’t refund me for a jumpstart box because the box looked opened, I explained that’s how I bought it taped up and used. His response was “tape doesn’t mean it’s used”.. Okay ?! So give me my refund Mr. Detective you just cracked the case of the damaged box. Anyways I walked out in disbelief because I don’t argue with idiots and went to my local orielly’s and returned it no problem. Don’t come here if you want decent customer service.

Clerk did not want to help me. I finally walked out after being ignored for 5 minutes. I went to another store and got amazing service.

Always nice although if it's old you might have issues 83 and up your good lol Had 80% of what I needed for my 72 Ford Courier

An older gentleman with tattoos on his fingers working the counter when I came in to return an item I no longer needed. The old guy assisting me claimed they “didn’t have money” to issue my refund and told me to come back in the morning. That excuse was completely unacceptable — it was obvious they just didn’t want to process the return. This was at 5:35 PM, and there’s no way that from 8 AM to 5 PM they didn’t make a single cash sale. It’s just common sense. He even told me to go somewhere else to get it done. The unprofessionalism was ridiculous.

I received excellent service when I was in last week. The store was close to my work which was convenient and I felt like helping me get my problem resolved was important which I appreciated.
