Went into oreilly to buy oil and oil filter that was on sale got to the register ask lady for the oil filter for the special that they had on sale and she said go get the tag. I don’t know you go get it. She was very rude and then didn’t even get the sale price charge me more money just to let you know your customer service unprofessional needs to be improved.

Well… today was one of those days where it felt like everything kept going wrong. The bright spot was Eric stepping in and helping me with the battery on my GMC truck. He was incredibly kind and turned my whole day around. Truly appreciated.

I went for a part under warranty and and it wasn’t on the system so my options is to come back the next day or buy a new part
