I called ahead in search of a car battery for my friends honda. Rob answered and talked me through everything I was going to need. I came in and we got straight to work. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was entirely transparent the entire time. We went through so many different battery options as the car had some work done and complicated the process. Rob was patient and genuinely kind. Rob, I hope you’re reading this. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and met us where we were at with price, warranty, and everything else. I hope you get a dang good raise! You deserve it!

Terrible service everytime we’ve gone in. One time to get a O2 sensor, the guy didn’t even want to pull up the computer to look for what I was needing. Today going in all I needed to do was turn in some oil for recycling the guy didn't even look he me turned away. I was under the 5 gallon limit, the Clovis O’Riley took it without an issue! Seriously think before going in and dealing with the most unprofessional & rude people I've ever dealt with.

I usually go to this place anywhere I live either in the bay or Fresno, they have everything an automobile needs to keep it in better maintenance. This time, I changed the wipers and George helped me put it on very quickly. Amazing service and great huge inventory that contains almost every auto part you're looking for: highly recommend it and took some photos to show what I mean.

If this rating could get any lower, rest assure I use the lower rating. Terrible customer service, namely from the so call “store manager”. Wanted to return a part I had purchased the day before so I went into this store to do so; however, the part I purchased and ended up not needing, was $72 dollars, but since it was about 9:30 in the morning, the manager claimed there was no cash available and asked to return by noon. I came back to the store at 11:50 AM only to have that very same “manager” tell me, that the part was used which it was not. It had a bit of dust from me since I was working on my car and my gloves had some dust. All he had to do was to blow a bit of air on this peace and the piece would have been cleaned. But he refused to do it, so I went ahead and did it myself and you could easily tell the part was new, reference photos below. But still this so call leade just told me, “you must take it back to the original store to be returned”. He had a terrible attitude, very unfriendly and disrespectful, perhaps he does not like Hispanics, not sure but I sure thought about that since I was respectful and polite to him. This person should be removed from that position as it only poisons the other employees. I will never again visit an O’Reilly Auto Parts Store so long as there are other store chains that respect their customers; furthermore, I will make sure I share my experience with my family and friends so they can think twice before going to this company’s stores.

Today George, who works at the store went above and beyond. I needed brake fluid in my BMW and wasn’t certain where it went in the engine compartment. My husband has AD and was now unable to help. George sold me the fluid and came out to our car and taught me where and how to pour it in. What a relief for me, especially since I was from S. California and was unsure how to please my engine light. Thank you so very much for hiring such a kind and competent individual.
