My boy Rocko is the man! He should be the manager of the store! He is taking care and making sales happen at the store. I was going to go to wallmart but his great charisma made me get it here.

I went in for a fuel line removal tool; couldn't find it on any of the shelves. Waited in line for about 7 minutes while the worker helped another customer. I asked if they had what I needed and was told to go look on the shelf "over there". I then asked him to look up a part for me, and he proceeded to help the customer behind me, and asked me to wait. I guess he didn't like me. Very rude! I get he's "by himself", but he doesn't need to take it out on the customers.......

My car was overheating and I was just about to pass this store so I pulled over to get some help. After the car cooled down, Henry assured me with checking out my engine and seeing what might be wrong. I was out of coolant so Henry helped me select the correct one and poured it in himself. I am so appreciative of the service Henry provided. I was on my way to work and helped me by going above and beyond so I can continue on my way.
