Nice enough place but it feels like just teenagers work here. I just left and bought a new battery and they couldn't install it because it's "dark outside". Pretty ridiculous I just dropped 300 dollars could you please take the 10 mins to install the battery for me? A little empathy always goes a long way.

I went in to get oil and I asked if they provided any services and one of the workers helped me check my oil levels. It was the women with the glasses and curly hair, she was so sweet and helpful!!

Very bad service. I went to buy a hydraulic jack and I didn't use it. The next day I went to return it and a "woman" opened it and broke the box. She told me that it was already used and I hadn't warned her. She was the one who did it. I left it the next day and returned it because they told me it was used. I better picked it up and they returned it to me open and incomplete. It was missing parts. In short, I lost my money. I spoke to the manager and she told me that she couldn't do anything. It was a loss for me. VERY bad service from the staff. I don't recommend it.

The best hands-on customer service. Marco was 100% customer assistance and went above and beyond to get me THE best price on a battery for my 05' Rover HSE. Thank you, 5 star O'REILLY'S!!

Dont bother calling and asking for parts, theyll just leave you on hold forever. Call napa right down the street. So much better, the people there will actually do their job.
