Arrived last night after a long day of vending at a local market. Earlier in the day our car fully loaded did not want to start. Luckily we got help and were able to arrive to our destination. Since the car did not want to start we were afraid to wait til the next day so we stopped in to get a new battery. Both of the guys there were pretty busy but we were helped promptly and efficiently. He even helped me by making sure I had the correct battery for my engine size by checkin it for me. In a flash we were on our way and since I didn’t have tools they installed it for us! With our car still fully loaded and a long day we definitely appreciated it! Thanks guys for going the extra mile. Gomez gals

I went in at 8ish am to have my battery connection replaced and thought they would help me replace it because they advertise helping customers replace a battery and I had no tools. Well, I'm 67 the was nobody in the store. I asked the young man if they could help and the young man says we'll I'll have to see and was rude as soon as I walked in the store. I went in for help with something simple with no customers any where, and employees talking in the back. I was treated so rudely and he would not communicate with me. I said I'm sorry I thought OReillys helped with something simple as that so I left and went to Batteries plus and the young man there treated me with respect and cleaned and replaced everything and wanted to make sure i didn't get stranded again. I gave him a $10 tip thank you Batteries Plus

One of the parts truck drivers was extremely aggressive and displayed road rage against me in the parking lot of your location. Maybe he shouldn’t be driving if that’s he’s attitude as a company representative is so poor. Mid 50s, Hispanic and wearing glasses.

Don't do business here. Customer service simply isn't there Bought 6 laser iridium spark plugs from this location and my check engine light was flashing the next day! Requested and Received refund. Not returning.

They had had the part I need but it was after another employee told him where to look and didn’t even offer to install it. Acted like he was being force to be there
