Carlos was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me. I had needed a new battery and had asked him for help. Such a wonderful guy! I will be using this store for all of my auto needs moving forward.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Never seem to be annoyed if you ask them to scan your check engine light as some other places do. Answered any questions I had.

This is the only store we will ever go to. Thank you to Susan who was willing to listen to my problem with other store and told me to come in and they take care of it. Thanks to Luis the manager who apologized for other store manager and a lack of caring about his Customer. Luis took time to talk with me and said he take care of issue. I really appreciate both of them for fixing the situation that would have cost a lot of money.

Great store... one of the managers Jay looked for the transmission fluid I needed and found the last gallon sized in the back... saved me a trip elsewhere and had a great sense of humor as well. Started my day off right with a few laughs! Way to go O'Reilly! Update 2-18-2023 Luis was very helpful in making sure I got the right speedo cable for my husband's truck... at such an affordable price, I bought both and will return the wrong one. Thank you again, Luis!

A great guy named Luis at this location was such a great help! I was able to get the parts I needed in a quick manner and get back on the road safely.
