The O'Reilly's associate named Rey (maybe it's spelled Ray) he was so very helpful in finding a locking gas cap for my Chevy Equinox. He went through the trouble of removing the cord from the old gas cap and putting the new one on for me with the locking gas cap. I didn't ask him to do it he just volunteered and I greatly appreciate it. Very helpful and polite young man. Thank you again, Rey. 2/24/2026 8:35 p.m.

I just came into O'reilly's there's nobody in the store. There's 3 people in there. Nobody tells me. May I help you? This O'reilly, right here on 6 an aho, it's no good. Their bosses should know about this. Thank you.

Ernesto, Angel, and Darlin are lacking in professionalism. Each associate at this location has a different explanation of the stores return policy and claim it’s written nowhere for customers to view. Ernesto stands at the front like a club bouncer then proceeds to gossip about you with Darlin in Spanish right in front of you and proceeded to over charge me $35 for a paint stick. Even with me taking a picture of the shelf to show them the cost , waiting 10 minutes for them the see for themselves, and showing them the size 5X as big isn’t even $35 Darlin says he’ll do me a “favor” and only charge $14.99 mind you I haven’t even paid yet, I should have just walked out right then. Angel insists Oreilly auto parts has a no refund policy nationwide, anything that can go wrong is automatically “the users error”. He looks me up and down and states im better suited shopping at Walmart, ironically here’s probably better suited for an orange jumpsuit but I digress. His spitefulness toward customers is bizarre. I circled on my shopping receipt where it said 30 day warranty and he insist it’s done in error. I usually like to get detailing supplies and cute accessories for my new Tesla, sadly however the three of them have empowered me to never return to any O’reilly location and instead be a patron of the just as convenient competitor Autozone.

Went into the store Friday evening 8/08 and was assisted by a very friendly young man. He helped me with finding the correct windshield wipers. After I purchased he didn't even hesitate and went and installed them. Thank You for your Great Service Julian!
