Great help! Esteban was awesome in thinking creatively to solve a parts issue 3 other parts stores could not solve. He was truly imaginative with thinking of an alternative, saving me alot of money and time! He seems like a future engineer. Could not be happier! Very professional. Made sure solution worked by walking to my vehicle to check the solution. On a scale of 1-10 This store was a 30.

Do not go to this store , Manager running it is terrible,we had to return 3 parts due to being defective,3 part he refused to refund because it didn't have extended warranty,which when we brought we're not told this. Staff needs training as young and don't seem to understand policy or even ordering stuff. Be aware if you go here. We called another store and was told this return should have been done. That what they told us wasn't true. Never using this store again.

Guillermo was amazing when my car battery died! He quickly realized it should still be under warranty and encouraged me to keep trying different phone numbers until we found our account. Thanks to his help, I was back on the road fast. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared—thank you, Guillermo!

First guillemo decided he wants to help ring up customer that came in line after me then..refuses to charge my battery. Stating unless the battery is left there the whole time he has other people waiting .. great customer service. Is this how you train your employees to treat your commercial accounts

One of the Laziest, Sent someone to them and they refused to help the lady get a battery in her car. Then could not jump start her to leave, So I came back across town and used my "O'Reilly" boughten jump box to help her leave their store. So hit and miss finding a solid crew with this company, The new Mc Donalds of Auto Parts, Next time Pro Towings sending them to the ZONE.
