well I had great service here a few weeks ago but tonight I called three or four times and they just immediately hang up on you??? Young woman working this evening has a great attitude and was very helpful

Edward at O’Reilly’s gave me the best customer service today! I came in because I had a burnt-out light, and he helped me right away. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate his help thank you, Edward!

Dondon helped us and he was so friendly and helpful I really appreciated it. I had some questions and he answered them, which he really didn’t have to. Then we bought some brake lights and he came out to help us install them. Just a really great employee, thank you!

This store really sucks at answering their phones, rings for a long time no answer , idk which store worse this one or one on 6th. Company should worry more about employees answering their phones. Horrible district.

EDIT: Almost a year later, I had a minor disaster, and Dondon came through again! These guys on Irvington are simply unbeatable. Dondon and Jose are legends. Friendly, helpful, and make this massive, spotless store a joy to visit. Late hours? Even better.
