I work at an O'Reilly's, tried to call the First and Grant location to see if an item was in stock at their store for a customer before he travel to their location. More than 3 rings (which is standard training to answer the phone under 3 rings.) Then when Angel answered the phone, he instantly put me on hold without obtaining any information. (Which is also in the training that we must obtaining all the information the customer has before putting them on hold.) After 3 minutes of me being on hold, the customer grew impatient and left to the Hub store. This is usually where I would just hang up and go back to work. But since it's been a slow day I decided to stick around on hold. At the 20 minute mark Alan finally answered and helped me with my inquiry. Thank you Alan.

Came for tail lights Julian rang me up asked if I wanted help unprompted and helped me fix it couldn't even be bothered for a tip. Haven't seen such good customer service in a long time.

My husband just left this location and came home RAVING about his experience with Dannie & Veronica! They both took care of his needs without hesitation, curtious & friendly! Walked in late on a Saturday and it was pretty busy, these guys were working hard to keep everyone happy and get to everyone as fast as they could.

You know a place where Jesus and Angel work has to be good. They were very helpful and even had rental tools.
