I came in with a battery issue. Ashlee was incredibly helpful. Jeremy helped me figure out exactly what the issue was and although he didn't have to came out several times to help get info to me. He could have easily stayed in the store where it was much cooler and waited for me. I really appreciate the effort he made even printing out a screenshot then of what I'd need to fix my issue. Ashlee made sure that everything was taken care of and went above and beyond. I really appreciate all their help. They both were a fine example of how customer service should be done. Thank you both!

The customer service is excelent in this location. Today i had a good experience with Rene. He was so helpful and care about clients.

These people are top level customer service they are quick to help they listen to what I need and they always make that I have everything I came for. They do everything short of paying for it for me. I recommend this specific store.

Came in last night 8/22/25. Have had multiple O’Reilly help me out WELL past operating hours . Came last night In desperate need of a battery for my car and the guy inside just shook his head at me with a smirk on his face. Again I've had multiple other locations open a door late or even stay open late in general to help me out with a part. Whoever was closing not only screwed me out of fixing my car but most likely screwed this location from me coming there ever again as well. Me coming when it’s about closing time doesn’t happen often but when it does and they stay open i greatly appreciate it

Had exact parts I needed and the clerk/cashier let me borrow his own tools from his car to install the parts!!
