Great customer service, Jasmine was very informative and willing to help make my shopping experience very pleasant. This is the type of service that needs to happen every where, especially with the current rise of inflation. We as a consumer need to be more conservative where we spend are money!

Carlos was incredibly helpful! He helped me with replacing my battery. It was a complicated mess of different size nuts but with his help we were able to swap out my battery!!

I had such a great experience thanks to Martin! He helped me pick out the right wipers for my car and even installed them for me. He was super helpful, attentive, and really kind. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I appreciated how patient and understanding he was. He took the time to explain the whole process and made me feel comfortable asking questions. My first trip in, I was looking for a few things that my husband sent me for. One store employee helped me find the items & helped me check out. I asked him if he'd help me install my windshield wipers. He saw 2 people behind me that he was familiar with by their conversation. He said he'd help me as soon as he took care of them. I waited outside for him for a while and he then came out & walked past me, but made eye contact and proceeded to his truck & drove away! I went back inside & asked another gentleman who then helped me right away.

This place is exceptional what can I say. Their service is what makes them! They are very professional, very courteous and respectful. Walk through the door and you are greeted immediately. Do not even with about looking for your desired items just ask about them and they will walk you to the items you seek, and will take as much time as you like comparing prices while they thoroughly explain any questions you may have. They are very good at suggesting tools needed for any cat repair your going to do and reminding about fluids and preventative maintenance. They will gladly install things like wiper blades, batteries, light bulbs, air filters, etc... I do highly recommend this auto parts store because of their great service and seem to have a greater on stock selection than other stores such as Auto Zone, or Advance Auto Parts.
