This place didn't honor the warranty on my battery, I had brought it in to have it checked and they scanned it and charged it. I was TOLD if it doesn't work bring it back and we'll replace it no charge, well it only worked for a couple of days and I brought it back. This time I was TOLD that there's no warranty on it, 2 years had expired. The sticker on the battery says 3/23 that's a few months short of two years. Ceasar and the manager both refused to exchange it. Needless to say, I went and bought another one at autozone and I will NEVER set foot here again. By the way store hours do NOT match with the hours on their website.

Terrible customer service. The only courteous employee there at the South 6th location is a young man whose name tag read..Hugo S.

Great service here. Good staf very helpful. I call in and a guy named Mike orders my parts I get them in the morning they're always right. Thank you!
