We've had a pretty good experience here, they pretty much always have the parts we need, I'd they don't have 'em in stock, they can order them, they have a pretty good selection of accessories for your vehicle, sockets fluids etc, that's all I can say, Im not so good reviewing an auto parts store.

Really disappointed with the certified MECHANICS HERE. THE lower belt cover leak on my 2001 Honda accord was sealed with silicon. I'll take my business to auto zone.

I was in distress due to my car causing problems for me every morning. I came to O'Reilly's on Ajo and Pedro not only had me going in a matter of minutes, but he was also friendly and absolutely helpful in getting the best rate possible while installing my new battery for me! Thanks Pedro! Simply the Best!!

Amazing Customer Service! I was in this O'Reilly Auto Parts store (4881 W. Ajo Hwy) a couple of weeks ago and purchased windshield wipers for my 2017 Subaru Impreza. Misael was the cashier and also said that he could install the wiper blades, which I was very grateful for. There was an issue with the passenger-side wiper blade that he was trying to install, so he tried another one. While Misael was trying to install the passenger-side wiper blade, another O'Reilly employee was outside and offered her assistance as well. Tina, who I think may be a manager, asked Misael to get a different brand of wiper blades to see if that would work. After the third wiper blade, they were able to locate one that fit on the passenger side. I cannot thank both Misael and Tina enough for their assistance and stellar customer service!!! I will definitely go back to this store for future automotive needs. Thank you Misael and Tina for your help! I greatly appreciate it!!!
