I cannot say enough good things about Anna! When I bought a thermostat, she reminded me to get a gasket. When I lost a receipt, she looked it up. She always finds me the right parts. THANK YOU ANNA- you rock my friend- and I drive past other stores just for you!!!

Didn't have all the parts my dad needed, but super amazing service! Gave me a chair to sit on inside while my dad worked on the car a bit while I played on the PokeStop since the AC gave out on the car. XD Incredibly sweet of them. :) And the other reviewers certainly make this a nice place for me to come to again if I ever need to get parts myself. :D

I stopped in to purchase a cabin air filter, engine air filter, and wiper blades for the front and rear of my car. Betl helped me purchase everything and installed it all for me on an unusually cold and rainy day. He was awesome and very professional! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and couldn’t have had a better experience. Great customer service.

I love this location! The manager is super nice and helpful. He also doesn't talk down to you if you're a lady. Great service except 1 young man has helped me twice and I.need to remind him.to stay on task with my things as he likes to jump to other customers or phone calls in the middle of my transactions. Hes very nice though. They have good prices and I've never had an issue with the parts I buy here. I left the "other" place down the street because after waiting in line for ever another guy came to the counter and helped some guy who just walked in. I walked out and deive the 1 minute west to O'Reilly. I was a long time loyal customer there but now bring my business here! Thank you for treating me kindly and respectively.

Working with these guys made me feel like part of a circus from the bottom to the top. I went there to take my 21 1 ton Denali ultimate high tech diesel with a 6 inch lift for a transfer case problem. They told me they couldn’t give me a rental car until the warranty was covered and then they left my truck sit there in the lot for a week and I noticed it as I drove by. Nobody there realized about another 21 Chevrolet 1 ton Highcountry Diesel since they would not give me a rental car . Then they told me it would be almost $5000 to be fixed it was not under warranty only after they gave me a rental car and I received a bill for almost $400 for the rental. I went to Watson Chevrolet and it was like being on a different planet. They were helpful and got it taken care of. Save yourself some time in trouble never go to O’Reilly Chevrolet for anything in the world. They did the same to my dad in 1988 and I thought it would be different because it was so long ago but they have a culture of poor help and ripping off their customers like a bunch of busters. Even the manager is horrible and doesn’t care about people
