Yeah sure you can go to Costco or Sam's club but the prices are all the same. Randy and the guys at O'Reilly have always been great to work with. Prices are equal to the competition. Staff is very knowledgeable.

My wife and I stopped by to pick up a windshield repair kit the morning of Nov. 15 (I stayed in the car), which prompted a 20-something salesperson to mansplain to my wife that she didn't need the product because we could file an insurance claim without concern for our insurance rate rising. He loudly proclaimed: "It's the law." Unfortunately, that's only a portion of the law. If you file multiple windshield claims with an insurance company in a short period, they can decide you are in a higher risk category and they CAN raise your rates. This has actually happened to us. My wife tried to make this point but he talked over her so she gave up. We didn't come in for a lecture from a poorly informed salesperson. We simply came in to buy a product and never asked for this feedback. It was unprofessional and should not happen again.

I went to this location to help a friend with her truck. Melissa and Riley were awesome. They helped us get the right part and we're just very helpful. I will be coming back to this location in the future

Excellent service every time I've been in here. The staff can help find a part quickly. Recently, I went in looking for an oil filter socket and the service person (Tina?) helped me find it in less than 30 seconds. Every time I've visited this store, the staff has been very cordial and professional too. I'm old fashioned but for me good customer service goes a long way! They run a good shop here.
