O'Reilly is always my go to store if I need to buy something quick. The team at this location and always very friendly, helpful, greet you when walking in, or wishing you a nice day when you leave. You would never expect to have a good shopping experience at an automotive parts store, but they always give excellent customer service.

Christopher at O’Reilly Auto Parts delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had hands down. From the moment I walked in, his greeting was genuine and welcoming, setting the tone right away. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through multiple battery options without rushing or overselling. He made sure I understood the differences so I could confidently choose the right fit for my vehicle and we landed on the perfect one. What really stood out was the level of care he put into the entire process. He didn’t just help me pick a battery he made sure I had the correct warranty, all the necessary tools, and clear, step-by-step guidance on how to switch it out myself. That kind of thoroughness is rare. Christopher is the definition of attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. If you go to O’Reilly’s, ask for him you’ll be in great hands.

Went for a oil change today part or normal inspection they told me my battery was going bad and it need to be replaced, went straight to O'REILLY after oil change. Seth was GREAT!!! no hassle no fuss tested the battery it was bad, Seth immediately got a new battery and installed it. Even had some bad battery connections they fixed. Thank you for the great customer service and thank you Seth for being so professional and taking ownership of my issue the Company is lucky to have you!!

Willie is a ROCKSTAR and the model of what every employer should be looking for when it comes to customer service. I was in last week dealing with the battery in my duaghters car and he went above and beyond the call. I wont go into specifics but he did not just brush the issue off. He took ownership of the situation and kept fighting to find a "Yes" to the problem. I have mostly conceded that we just have lackluster serivce in this country but this man gave me a renewed hope. He is beyond a valuable asset to this store and the company. As a small business owner we pray to find people in todays workforce who are this detailed, attentive to the consumer, helpful and dedicated personally to taking a job serious. I wish I could find an employee with half of what Willie has. As long as he is there I will only go to this O'Reilly for any of my Auto needs - period. Thanks again man for your help and your solid work ethic.

I came to the store to get new wiper blades. As soon as I entered the store Willie greeted me and asked how could he help me. He asked if I knew the size I needed and looked it up for me. Willie then offered to replace them for me, which he did. He was very professional and helpful and made the experience nice and easy and I was in and out in no time. I’ve been to many auto parts stores and this is by far the best experience that I’ve ever had. Willie is definitely an asset to your company!
