O'Reilly is my go to for anything I need for my vehicles. I'm never disappointed with my service or parts. It was not the fault of the guy working solo behind the counter. He was very courteous and busy. He said that he would assist me outside with my engine light as soon as he was available, I waited for awhile but the people kept coming in and the phone kept ringing. I'm surprised there was only 1 employee on a Saturday. I'm headed to another location, not worries.

Definitely will avoid this O’Reillys. Based on the attitude mark had I’d steer clear from this store. I walked in to warranty replace a belt tensioner and instead of him scanning my recipe. He, asks if I’m returning the item. I clearly state I am not looking to get money back but replace the defective item. He looks at me with an absolute stupid look and proceeds to say “so your not returning it”, I then reply with “ why does it have to be so technical, it’s a warranty replacement not a warranty return, which in the system you have to select the right one because it prints out a sticker for that warranty return, replacement or new return. So if I really wanted to get technical Mr. Know it all, would’ve been wrong. Not only that but I called prior because the store I was at had a new tensioner in box but was missing a component, which lead me to this poorly managed store. Even on the phone the man managed to have a poor tone and lack of care when it came to confirming if it was in store (which is policy and part of the job) and if the bolt was in the box, he kept repeating “bolt “ , “bolt” like if he had a disability or like he simply didn’t care. While we go back and fourth he finally blows a gasket like a 5 year old and passes me to another gentlemen who took care of me and not only scanned the recipe as he should, but inspected both the defective and new item and I was able to purchased a belt as well to prove to mark that just because someone comes in for a warranty replacement and it may affect numbers doesn’t mean you can’t sell him on a sister item or a great customer experience. Why go to O’Reillys when autozone and Napa have the same exact items, discounts and policies I’d much rather have these 3rd party drop ship companies put kiosks instead dealing with a under qualified parts counter person like mark. People prefer drop ship companies like rock auto anyway. Not to mention if it’s going to be wrong anyway

Staff was very kind and patient, and tried to help as much as they possibly could. This location is a great representation of the brand as a whole, especially compared with other auto parts stores. Keep up the good work!

Awesome experience staff was very helpful. Chriostel the asst manager and Aracely helped me get my battery recharged and tested both were very very helpful. This will be my new location. Thank you ladies
