This O’Reilly’s Customer Service here is something I haven’t seen in quite a while . Honest , helpful , problem solving , actually going out to your car and installing the battery cable on their own accord They honestly want you to be well informed and taken care of . Always have had the consistent courteous service here . Thanks Mike the manager for making this store number one !

Update Below (midway down) 4 month old SuperStart Premium battery completely DEAD after less than 4 months. O’Reilly swapped a bad battery in April but it didn’t last 4 months.. They gave me a lemon and because my warranty expired their answer was”too bad so sad”. DON’T BUY batteries from O’Reilly .. Can you imagine if your wife or daughter was stuck with this on a trip or where no help was available?!?! Thanks Mike

Christopher was fantastic! I had an unexpected dead battery (very dead) and stopped at the Main St. location to get the free battery test. Christopher was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful overall. Tavel was also a great help - he took initiative and started on the battery swap before I was even finished checking out. He had it knocked out within 10 minutes. Both of these gentlemen were so great and I will definitely return to this store because of their quality customer service!
