My battery light came on and I had the charging system tested. Juan tested the system and noticed it was an O’Reilly brand. I bought it in another state 2 yrs ago and it was covered. Juan was great and helped me get it installed, saved me money, and gave me a price on the alternator that needs replacement. I can’t say enough good stuff about Juan. It is rare to find such great customer service oriented people these days. Definitely coming back to this O’Reilly store.

I forgot to grab the mans name who served us. He had glasses & shaved head, all around cool dude. We had called ahead so soon as we walked in he had the parts we needed ready to go so the whole time spent there was less then 3minutes. Smooth transaction! Great job guys not only were you prompt but the customer service received was Outstanding. Most definitely when im in the area n need more supplies you got a customer no doubt. Oh snazzle drops! I remembered his name! It was JUNIOR who served us up. Thank you sir.

Went to this location a few days ago. I was in the isle looking for a fuse all of a sudden this girl walked by, her name was like Bianka or Bianca, she had her hands full asking me if I needed help. I said nah you look busy, she said I do this every day what you looking for? Put all the stuff down and found the exact fuse I needed within like a minute!! Then she went back to what she was doing, super chill girl! Then I go up to the front and this other girl Sherry helped me check out another nice one made sure I had everything before I left. I was amazed with the service here. Shout out to those women for doing their job and making customers feel welcomed.

Dont buy power torque products. The hydraulic pump exploded in my trunk and they then did not honor the manufacturer's warranty. I'll never shop here again. Don't promise a warranty and then not deliver.

Went to this location because another auto place was not willing to assist with my headlights. When I arrived to O’Reilly The lady at the register welcomed me in and helped me right away and even helped me install the headlights. Amazing customer service and great price $12 less than other store with an upgrade brightness. Help keeping me road safe. Thank you!
