The actual Store Manager (forgot name) literally came out and changed my mom's Windshield Wipers on her 2013 Kia Soul! Glad she ended up taking it to them cause the driver side one was really latched on there, but he got it off. Now you have customers for life! Cause I'm physically disabled, and my mom can do car work but sometimes runs into issues like this, and it's just great to know there's a place down the street like this that'll take care of us.... Seriously, thank you so, so very much!

What excellent service! Sergio was so very knowledgeable & patient! I went because my battery died. He looked it up and it was under warranty...not only did he install it, he saw that one of the cables was carried and he took the time to do it right and replaced that too. I will always go to that auto store first and foremost!

August 2025 I had a dying battery. Since I’ve been going to this location for years I made it to their parking lot. We tested it and it was a bad battery that was still under warranty. Cool. I’d had it for a couple years and they swapped me out no problem. Then on 12/12/25 I started having starting issues. Finally narrowed it down to the battery again but that doesn’t make sense right? It’s only 4 months old. Took it back in and they tested and said it was a defective battery. Wait, the battery that you gave me 4 months ago as “brand new” is defective? Oh and by the way, the warranty only goes from the original battery so you have to pay full price for a new one. But…you gave me a defective battery? I would have no problem if the one you gave me lasted a couple years and I had to pay but YOU GAVE ME A DEFECTIVE BATTERY. Reached out to corporate. They don’t care. Total lack of customer service and common sense. Enjoy the $230 you got from me because you just lost a repeat customer of decades. I only gave 1 star because I can’t give zero. 12/23 update. After your seeing nonsense, generic, canned answer I really wish I could give you negative stars. You have now demonstrated you truly do not care. I’m glad Autozone is across the street.

I went to this store in the lady was having a really bad mood. I tried to use my commercial Account and she didn’t even Know How to use it and even she gets more mad till Another person get there and show her how to do her on work, so I’m really pissed about it.

Wow, the people I worked with today at O'Reilly's went above and beyond! I got a battery at Napa, then in the process of installing that, the terminal was deteriorated too badly, and the "fusable link" became damaged. Napa didn't have that part, but I was able to walk over to O'Reilly's, and they were just very helpful in giving me loaner tools, and working with me to get the right parts so I could finally get on my way about 3 hours later.
