⚠️BUYER BEWARE⚠️ BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM ⚠️ As reputable and upstanding this place may seem I encourage everyone to do there due diligence before purchasing any vital drivetrain components from drive line on Sedgley ave. This is the kinda place that uses ones vulnerability to line there pockets with $$$. If buying used parts isn’t already a gamble this place gives you a run for your money. Horrible experience with customer service and misrepresentation of parts. I’ve used plenty of auto dismantler throughout the greater Northeast region of our country and these people are by far the biggest con artists I’ve dealt with. After driving hours for a transmission I was able to locate a vin from the vehicle it was pulled off. Before ever leaving a deposit I was told the vehicle the part was coming off had around 115k miles on it and that it would take 2 days arrive at there facility.. 2 days turned into 2 weeks. After showing up in person I looked up the vin from the donor vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle came back with no key (untested part) and 230k miles double what they had me leave a deposit for. To add insult to injury they knew I was driving hours and taking off work to pick up this transmission during there business hours well they still proceeded to make a deal on a different part then what they sold me. Luckily I was able to aquire my deposit back as they gave an award winning act knowing what they were trying pull off.

Bought a Lexus Transmission from them which appears to be a faulty one. Trying to make a replacement, within 30 days of the purchase, not even asking for a labor cost. It seems like they are making a whole scenario just not to make it happen. Hopefully they will reconsider this matter and then we will reconsider this negative review. Thanks. P.S. I did not demand any money. I just want to have a good working transmission. Yes, I am screwed by the labor costs and the cost for your transmission on over $2500! You are lucky I did not make a complaint to attorney gerenral...

Unfortunately, purchase wrong transmission They gladly returned it. Their policy is a 25% restock fee, which is fine. I will do business with them any day.

This place was beyond fast and professional helped me and got me in and out sweet staff definitely will be returning here I needed a battery they got me what I needed

Best park about this place even tho it’s my first time wasn’t no hassle they had my part and did a wonderful job and very respectful people and def get the job done
