If I could give the team at this O'Reilly Auto Parts a 10 out of 5 rating, I would. On Friday, June 12, 2026, while on my way to an appointment, my car suddenly went into limp mode, preventing me from going above 55 mph on the freeway. Thankfully, I was not far from the O'Reilly Auto Parts located at 5540 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214. At one point, I had four team members assisting me with troubleshooting my car. They were truly a blessing with how thoroughly and diligently they helped bring my car back to life. They ran internet searches, performed OBD-II scans, checked my battery and alternator, helped inspect my fluids, and explained how to reset my ECU to get my car out of limp mode. When it came time to reset my battery, I needed to disconnect the terminals. Since I was not at home, the team graciously allowed me to borrow tools to do so. It turned out I was low on transmission fluid. They provided a funnel and made sure I properly refilled it. Once my transmission fluid was topped off and my ECU was reset, I was good to go and have not had any problems since. All I can say is that I cannot fully express how thankful I am for the team at this location. I truly hope they continue providing the kind of excellent customer service that goes far above and beyond anything I could have imagined.

These guys are great! I thought I was having a coolant leak based on a puddle on the concrete. Ron came outside in the bitter cold temps and showed me how to check. He helped me find the right coolant, and was an overall wonderful human. He treated me like a dad helping his daughter out. Thanks so much!!! Highly recommended.

When I went in I asked if I buy bulbs here will they teach me how to change them. Without hesitation they said yes, of course. Ron walked me to the aisle and picked out the correct bulbs. We went outside and he was showing me what to do. The lights were a little tricky so he asked another employee if he could help us out when he finished helping out another customer. D helped me change both lights and they both educated me in things I had no idea about. I was so grateful for their kindness and patience. It was sprinkling outside so I felt terrible that we were out there so long. D even helped me recover the cover that was missing from my headlight that must have fallen off and luckily was still in my engine compartment. The reason I went there was because my best friend said any time she needs help with her car that they are always so friendly and helpful! I know it was probably just another work day for them but it really ment a lot to me! Thank you!

Lifesavers! I went in today after finding a leak in my tire, of course after the repair shops had closed for the day. Not only did they have the tire repair kits I needed but they very kindly offered to repair the hole and refill the air for me. Chamberlain was friendly, professional and I really appreciated his dedication to helping his customers.

Walked in to get a part, was greeted right away by the friendly staff. I gave the employee the information, in and out in under 3 mins. Super happy that the website was correct about their inventory 5/5.
