Were flooded Ruiz 4 months agoim only leaving a 1 star so i can leave this review. This was my first time ever shopping at this store and it has just been thing after thing, I first went to a location near me and they ended up sending me to another store bc they had the part i needed, I drove 40 minutes just so they can tell me they don’t have it so i decided to order the part for the next day. I went the next day and it turns out they ordered the wrong part and it wasn’t there yet, I decided to give it another chance but til this day i keep calling and going but it never gets there! its not even about the time being wasted its about the lying and excuses they make that gets me mad.

I went in regarding a warranty issue for a part that was clearly covered under the manufacturer’s terms. Instead of receiving the assistance I expected, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude from the store manager. (Kwon Summers) The manager seemed unwilling to even review the warranty details thoroughly, repeatedly insisting that the issue was not covered without providing a clear explanation. When I asked for documentation or escalation options, the response was curt and unprofessional. Rather than trying to resolve the situation or offer any alternatives, the manager made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for asking about a valid warranty claim. Customer service should involve listening, explaining policies clearly, and helping customers find solutions—even if it takes a few extra minutes. Unfortunately, this interaction lacked all of those qualities. I left the store with no resolution, a broken part, and the impression that this location does not value customer loyalty or honor commitments made under warranty agreements. I hope the company addresses this issue and trains staff, especially management, to handle warranty claims respectfully and transparently. As it stands, I cannot recommend this store to anyone who values good customer service and integrity.
SEM2 Group a month agoI wish I could give zero star for customer service. I usually go to Auto Zone, but since this place is closer to his shop, my mechanic told me to buy the parts I needed at this place. OMG. Angelicque was so rude to at least 3 customers. She can't be upfront. I don't know if she just has a bad day today, but as a customer service agent, you can't be that rude.

He was a great match for what I needed and helped me pick the right prize without rushing me. I really appreciated his patience and great customer service.
Stephanie Butler 3 months agoUnderstaffed allegedly- The lady who’s name starts with a C doesn’t exercise customer service (greeting customers, she does not create a welcoming environment or give the impression she is available for help) they are unable to provide offered services such as battery testing ect due to “lack of staff on the floor” also noticed despite having multiple people in the building they do not pick up phone lines. H
